– offenses against the sanctity of the august eucharistic sacrifice and the sacraments , namely;

– The offenses against the sanctity of the Sacrament of Penance , to wit:
1 The Absolution of an accomplice in a sin against the sixth commandment; [8]
2 Solicitation in or on the occasion or pretext confession of sin against the sixth commandment if violation of the sacramental addressed; [9]
3 Direct violation of the sacramental seal; [10]
